Thanks a lot for the compliment. I've had a look at BufExplorer, I didn't know about it - and it's really nice. I've had a look at its sources as well, and I think implementing that would be a huge effort. Unfotunately, implementing either that functionality, or implementing vim's script language are currently out of the scope of ViEmu. It would be hard to justify the effort.

In any case, who knows what the future will bring? My current approach to implementing ViEmu & NGEDIT (the codename for the text editor I'm developing) side by side, sharing the code, may see some interesting things migrating both ways, so it's hard to tell whether something like that may happen in the future.

Just don't hold your breath for it though.

Ok, I've used it for about 2 minutes and I love it already.... expect a registration very soon

So heres a feature request - would it be possible to have the functionality of the vim buffer explorer [1] script? Probably asking a bit much, but it would make life in VS great!
