It's fixed. You can download the new build (1.4.4-alpha-8) here:

As with all alpha/beta builds, it's necessary to uninstall the previous version manually before installing this one.

It _was_ a stupid oversight.

And by the way, this version also fixes input of Russian text, and probably input in other languages as well.

Hi J,

This option works when I set it for the first time. Lovely. Then when I exit VS2005 and start it back up. The option is still checked but does not appear to work. That is, I get the "can't edit file in debug" message from VS. I check the options and it is still checked. So I uncheck it, click "OK". Open Options again, check it, click "OK" and it works again until I shut down VS.

I don't always try to move around when I'm debugging, but I'm pretty sure that this is completely repeatable.
