I have just uploaded ViEmu for Visual Studio 2.0.40:

It needs a manual uninstall of previous 2.0.x versions before installing this one.

The only issue addressed in this release is a crash that happened when exiting Visual Studio if no ViEmu-subclassed window had been actually used.

Let me know if something's not right. I keep working in the other pending issues.
