For the record.

I have VAX, viemu and codekana installed (in that order).

Since remapping codekana's ctrl-alt-shift-o (switch .h/cpp files) to alt-h, my Visual Assist 'alt-g' stopped working. I do not know if the remapping is the trigger for this problem.

to fix: disable codekana, restart VS, notice that alt-g works, and re-enable codekana. This works for me.

VS: 2005 v. 8.0.50727.42
VAX: 10.3.1559.0
viEmu: 2.1.13
codekana: 1.0.1
